【課題】シャフトの偏心を抑制し、リニアモータの推進力を向上させる。 【解決手段】リニアモータ30は、内周側に複数のコイル51が軸方向に間隔をあけて配置される中空円筒状のコア50と、複数の永久磁石41が軸方向に間隔をあけて配置され、コア50内を軸方向に移動自在な円筒状のシャフト40と、非磁性体により形成され、コア50の全長にわたってコア50とシャフト40との間に配置されるスリーブ60,61,65と、を備えることを特徴とする。 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a propulsive force of a linear motor by suppressing decentering of a shaft.SOLUTION: A linear motor 30 includes: a hollow cylindrical core 50 having a plurality of coils 51 arranged at intervals in a shaft direction; a cylindrical shaft 40 that has a plurality of permanent magnets 41 at intervals in the shaft direction and is freely movable in the shaft direction in the core 50; and sleeves 60, 61, 65 that are formed of a nonmagnetic material and are disposed between the core 50 and the shaft 40 over the entire length of the core 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
